Snowflake Appeal
- Remember a loved one, support Sebastian’s Action Trust

Christmas is traditionally a time for getting together with friends and spending time with loved ones. But, everyone has someone they will miss this Christmas – whether it be a family member posted abroad in the armed forces, a relative or friend who has died, or just a special person who lives a distance away and who you will be thinking of as the festivities unfold.

The Trust’s Snowflake Appeal allows you to write a message for that person on a snowflake and make a donation which will help the Trust to support families affected by a serious childhood illness.  The snowflake will then be hung on the Christmas tree in Princess Square shopping centre, in Bracknell, throughout the festive period.

To make a dedication you can visit us in Princess Square from 11am-4pm each day between Thursday 22nd November and Friday 21st December, 2007, and fill out a snowflake in person.  Alternatively you can take part through the website by (entering your message below and making a donation through the Just Giving link). If you would prefer, you can download a form and post your dedication to the Trust office along with your donation. Cheques should be made payable to Sebastian’s Action Trust.

Everyone who makes a dedication will receive a glass snowflake to hang on their tree at home for the person they will miss.

This is the first time the Trust has run a Snowflake Appeal and we have teamed up with Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, who own Princess Square shopping centre, to make it happen.

The Trust currently needs to raise funds both to fulfil the growing number of practical projects we offer to families with seriously ill children, but also to reach our new target of a further £200,000 to build and furnish the holiday home. Every penny and pound donated is truly appreciated.
