Bewley Homes have now identified two potential sites for Sebastian’s House and are now seeking planning permission on behalf of the Trust. It is envisaged that the site will actually comprise of two holiday homes for families, together with accommodation for an on-site housekeeper and caretaker. Built on a one acre plot, Sebastian’s
House will afford families an opportunity to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside as well as the chance to use superb on-site facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, spa, games room, sensory room and home entertainment suite- all situated in a leisure complex in the grounds of the House.

Drawing on their own experience as a family with a seriously ill child, the Gates’ have considered the needs of the entire family in planning a holiday haven that will give others an opportunity to spend precious time with their loved ones in a purpose-built, modern home -from- home that will cater for the whole family who are affected by the diagnosis of a life-threatening condition.
